Project 1 – Records Conversion and Digital Transformation
Task Order Site Lead for the development and organization of the Training and Education Division of the Food and Drug Administration, creating the division’s first file plan, records management plan, training plan content while supervising digital conversion and electronic storage of records for compliance with Paperwork Reduction Act and helping move the agency towards compliance with the OMB Direct M-12-18.
Project 2: E-Records Consultant for Fortune 100 Banking and Financial Services
Launched E-Records project incorporating compliance regulations, business process with focus on record keeping life cycle processes including audit, security, disposition and compliance reporting.
Subject Matter Expert Advisor to records coordinators and staff, promoting effective E-Records Management Policy and Procedures
Trained Technology Operations Risk Management Group on ARMA-based best practices in electronic record keeping, while serving as the Area Records Coordinator for Electronic Records.
Project 3 – Operations Records Manager
Lead the transformation of an Upper Northeast Regional Financial Services firm's records management processes to meet organizational and financial regulatory requirements and train regional staff. Collaborated with the RBS Records Manager to achieve cross institution cooperation and achieve results.
Project 4 – SharePoint Records Consultant
Developed an electronic records management technical strategy to support archiving & record retention requirements mandated by the General Services Administration's (GSA) Networx Universal contract for a major broadband telecommunications service provider.
